  • Diet Update

    I like to post these up every once and while to make sure I am not fooling myself into thinking I am eating good;

    I also just sip on a protein shake all day kinda like a constant flow of protein, and drink a gallon of water. Every once and while I will throw in a cheeseburger or steak and cheese grinder.

    7:00 AM- 6 egg whites some whole wheat toast

    9:00 AM- Protein Shake w/ oatmeal in it

    12:00 PM- 8oz. Chicken and cup of Rice

    3:00 PM- 8oz. Chicken on Whole Wheat Roll

    5:00 PM- Gym

    6:30 PM- Protein Shake with Malto/Dextro

    7:30 PM- 8oz. Steak with Sweet Potato

    9:00 PM- 8oz. Boneless Pork Chop with Sweet Potatoe

    10:00 PM- Cottage Cheese

    I am always interested in others' diets. What are your stats and what total cals and f/c/p breakdown do you shoot for in your diet?

      I am 6'2" 235lbs I would say somewhere ins the 10-12% BF

      Shooting for 400-500 grams of protein daily

      Aiming for 50% protein 30% Carbs 20% fats setup
