lunch...lmao....I had an xtra large(yes it was x large)papa johns pizza with chicken and mushrooms....I ate it all:P In less than 40mns....I was hungry.
before the gym, I had a Labrada vanilla shake...
after the gym, I had 2 chipotle chicken burritos with cheese and sour cream....how many cals is that:D
but you know as well as anyone that you could eat a helluva lot better then that shit.
