        Good luck bro! If you are comfortable, that's great! Just don't carry any more muscle than you need to - the linebacker types usually get dropped while the skinny 150 lbers keep going. :)

            Hard to say Always. I can go carb free for a day or two. What kills me is the lack of energy. I just spend the whole day sleeping, so its a waste, workouts suck, no energy, no pump, no nothing. I like keep my carbs in, but in check.
