My uncle who is an ex boxer had kidney stones in his 40's. The reason is simple.

He was on a high protein diet all his life, and since his 30's he was taking multiple medications for his eye's. He had terrible eye sight and had other diseases of the eye as well. So the mix of the high protein diet and large medication use are the cause of that.

He has been off the eye medication for about 5 years now, and his kidney stones stopped almost immediately. He still keeps a high protein diet.

He is in his early 50's and very healthy.

My other uncle (my father's oldest brother) has been weight lifting and has been natural since his teens. He has worked out consistently for the past 40+ years and has kept a high protein diet. He is in his mid 70's.

He got diagnosed with kidney complications about 5 years ago due to the dirty water in Pakistan. When he came on vacation to the US, 2 days later his kidney condition ceased. He was drinking tea and 1 glass of cranberry juice everyday.

When he went back, 3 days later, his kidney stones came back.

If you have a pre existing kidney condition due to large drug use, alcohol problem, genetic factor, etc....

Your chances of kidney damage and stones are bound to happen. Take a healthy person that uses the correct dosages of steroids and doesn't fuck themselves up, and you will be fine.

          About protein and stones

Protein Restriction. Protein increases uric acid, calcium, and oxalates in the urine and reduces citrate. Diets high in protein, particularly meat protein, have been consistently associated with kidney stones. (Meat protein has a higher sulfur content and generates more acid than vegetable protein.) A 2002 trial of those following a high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet, popularized in such weight-loss regimens as the Atkins diet, for example, found dramatically increased levels of urinary uric acid and calcium after just several weeks. These effects put patients at higher risk not just of kidney stones but possibly of osteoporosis as well. According to Swiss studies, about a third of people at risk for calcium stones may have a sensitivity to meat proteins that cause mild hyperoxaluria.

driving fast increases your chances of getting hurt in a car. lifting heavy increases your chances of getting injured in the gym. steroids increase the chances of many potential problems. doing anything worth doing involves a little risk.

Mate i think your a bit delusional. Every time someone mentions anything negative about this lifestyle you refuse to accept it. If you think there are no health concerns with steroids, high protein diets and all the other shit we do then your an idiot. Im not saying what i have is or is not from my diet or anything else, im just pointing out that high protein diets CAN cause kidney stones.

Its ok to talk shit like you do until something happens. You know what its like to have fucking kidney stones? Is the worst possible pain you could imagine. Think of pissing razor blades out your dick really slowly and then times that by 100.

As far as saying goodbye to muscle, i really couldnt care less, there is alot more to life, Im having a biopsy done on monday for a cyst found in my bladder. The fukers have to stick a camera up the end of my dick. Im scared shitless. LIke i said im not saying any of this is from this lifestyle but dont think your invincible because sooner or later you will have to pull your head in.

              OK im finished crying now.

Do you not know how to read or are you just dumb?

Look what I said above. "There are many sides with steroid use".

Bottom line here is this. You are looking for something to blame.

People get kidney stones all the time. People that dont use steroids and people that dont eat high protein. Stop looking for something to blame, deal with your problem and STFU. :clapback:
