    aight boys n girls

    meal 1 - 8 oz ground turkey , 2 whole eggs , 4 whites omolette

    meal 2 - 50gram chocolate peanut butter shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal

    meal 3 - 3 turkey suasages and asparagus

    meal 4 (now) - whole wheat linguini and bouncer's mother's secret sauce - roughly 10 oz ground turkey

    meal 5 will be 42 grams protein from cottage cheese - forget how much it is but it's the fat free stuff w/chives.

    meal 6 - beer and world cup , lol nah , gonna try this egg protein powder.

      dont like meal 3.

      carbs and real meat like steak or chicken should be there.


      what type of protein powder you use? the choc peanutbutter one. what is the brand?

        Okay thanks for input B - the shakes are FUCKING AWESOME DUDE!! The new ABB line of ready made - my trainer gets em dirt cheap I buy 12 packs from him, they taste unreal and the stuff is real well put together. Highly recommend giving them a try - most vitamin worlds / shoppe wherever have them in the fridges now. Check them out - stear clear of the strawberry tho.

          the protein in ready made shakes is sort of like the protein in bars. they are only slightly better then nothing at all.

            I pay practically nothing - honestly my shakes cost just about the same as powder, which I also have - I've got mountains of protein powder lol.

              saturday (back / calves - am cardio)

              meal 1: brown rice mixed w/6 egg whites 4 whole eggs and 4oz ground turkey with peppers and jalapenos fried in evoo

              meal 2: 51 gram rtd shake

              meal 3: - hour before gym, switched up to flank steak here, 8oz and half sweet potato

              meal 4: back home, vht 35gram shake + im eating a chicken lol

              rest of meals are just going to be about protein - im chillin out kickin back tonight one way or nother , this chicken doesnt stand a chance and I'm thinking about a ribeye.

                          hard day for me - was going to do shoulders today and I can't really because I cannot plant with my left leg now, eating clean today wasn't happening - haven't had a cheat day in over 2 weeks:

                          meal 1: 4 egg omolette, cheddar american cheese, sausage, mushroom - bacon and toast with marmite or vegemite whatever you want to call it (sure MrI will know it lol).

                          meal 2: made myself a cheesteak with roast beef deli meat on whole grain

                          meal 3: two pork chops , tomato soup

                          meal 4: calling outback right now for a prime rib ! LOL

                          - I don't have a clue what i will eat later , I am fucking starving all the time esp with gear on now my appateite is sky high.

                          I find days I have cheat meals next few days after I will look hard and veiny as fuck - it does a good deal shocking things up.

                            I dunno wtf the deal is but everything I eat isn't stayin down to well today - I've puked three of the four meals I had - some how had a good lift gimpy as all, shoulders / tris sitting or layin down only - got interesting lol.

                              meal 3 - 4 got one of those lil game hens munched on that and a sweet potato that I cooked earlier this week.

                              meal 5: 8oz flank steak

                              meal 6: gonna be making a chef salad w/6oz chicken breast, cottage cheese etc.

                              no more puking - starving all the time atm.

                                whats with the no carbs after the first meal? you will be skinny in no time on a diet like that. :disagree:
