      legit 16-18% faggot - most people would claim to be like 14% and be around 20 , my shit is real. And I hold a solid amount of weight. Most I can give you is measurements in a PM at this point. I will post pictures after a real bulk and cut. as of this morning dry , 264lbs 6'2. And I'm just eating and lifting brother - no thermos, no clen, no cyto - not trying for that - just enjoying getting bigger. When I dial it in - bulk hard it will be clean - then a real cut and I will post pictures for your faggot ass. Which is more than you can say :rofl: :nutkick: :D!!!

              Got put on 2,grams of lithium, 1,500 mg of depakote - 800mg serequel - i was a zombie for two years brother - literally didn't do SHIT , felt no emotions at all. Quit lifting, quit everything. I was on a Methadone clinic during that period - so I was just in line 6am - then went home and would try to remember why I bothered living.

              I got off all the meds lost about 100lbs in around 6-8months just by running. Started training again and was down to about 210 - which was where I was naturally before I juiced.

              Pic was where I was naturally. Things are looking solid now - Some parts still lagging but what can you do brother.
              Now as stated - 264. Stretch marks actually aren't bad - they looked horrendous at near 4 dimes LOL - but when you lose it all and your skin goes back over time it's not noticeable near as bad - I got plenty more of em anyway from lifting :hibb:

                so the drugs made you get that fat? do they slow down your metabolism or something? or you just sat around eating pizza and cream? lol

                  read up on them - I literally ate nothing - did nothing (mean literally did nothing) for two years and would put on about 10-15lbs a month. Problem was, throw in 50mg of paxil and I didn't see any reason to give a fuck about anything. It was a really shitty time in my life brother - that's why now I say fuck PTSD - i love juice and it keeps me stable than ever , plus my life with lifting as you know is lightyears from where it once was. You can see the stretch marks on my arms in that pic - that's about as bad as it is.

                  Since I've put on the size I have - pecs / even lats have some freshy new ones - but I don't really give a fuck about that my dude.

                  Those meds are straight evil my friend - they might help some people but for me feel like it stole years of my life.

                      thx homey the stomach stretch marks also have gone away for most part - i find w/stretchmarks sure they will be there , but when you lose the weight CORRECTLY and your skin adjusts they decrease as the fat cells are lost - I'll send you a pic so you can see where I was at... in the meantime - back to my meals - how these look for this week buddy ;)

                        Final product - meal # 4 for today , shit was yummy.

                        Made some red potato salad - I have enough of this for meals for the next few days - I love having a big steak middle of the day :thumup: :weights:

                            nice day off :

                            meal 1 - 6 egg omolette (2 whites) - feta, one turkey sausage link, spinach (this was a first and last) - mushrooms. 2 pieces of whole grain toast

                            meal 2: 8oz fat free cottage cheese one scoup ON whey , 1/2 cup oatmeal

                            meal 3: 2 4 oz chicken breasts cooked in bouncers spicy recipe - damn good

                            meal 4: one of the steaks I grilled other day (pic above) red potato salad

                            meal 5: 2 turkey sausages , whole wheat pasta red sauce

                            meal 6: YET AGAIN - INFO here - I have some cassein powder I am thinking about putting in and having a chef salad or something w/some balsamic vinegarette
                            ^ suggestions fellas / ladies ???
