my buddy fights in mma. he was just showing me this computer program he uses. it comes with a arm band with a mini computer on it that tells you exactly how many calories you are buring as you go thru your day. you periodically plug it in your PC where you have your daily diet imputed and it syncs your diet and calories burned. he said its changed his life as far as managing his weight leading up to a fight. If your interested I'll ask him the name and place to get it. I am considering it just because I love to be technical about this stuff.

Ya I would like to read up on that. I also checked BF% today it said 237.6 at 7%
this was after workout and I do not think it is right I have been 7% before and I am not as ripped. My coach says it usally reads high after workout cuz you are dehydrated but not this time,lol I guess I am in the 9-10% range but realy dont know.
