  • how i make my chicken

    add chicken breast, ginger/garlic paste (either the mixed or the separate, add a total of 1 tablespoon), cayenne pepper (as much as you can handle), and olive oil (1-2 tablespoons) and a few onions. mix in a pan. in another pan, add bell peppers and more onions with some olive oil and saute until cooked. you can add a pinch of salt to taste to either pans if you want. after both are cooked, mix them in a large dish and then eat it. tastes great with rice too.

    I have never had ginger and garlic together sounds different

      that's one of the main ingredient for middle eastern dishes. it adds a good, unique flavor.

        Olive oil ads to much fat. I can't eat it. Carve and protein for me!

          well, when you decide to fatten up for winter, try it out. :)

          you could use any oil really though.

                I have joined gym some days ago and my instructor recommend me to eat chicken but i don't know what is the recipe for builder or gym guys to eat. Hope someone will help me especially hopes from builders.
