  • My Nutrition Schedule While On Steroids

    Meal 1 (8:00AM):
    5 Eggs, Potatoes, Fruit

    Meal 2 (10:00AM):
    2 Tuna Cans, 1 Egg, Potatoes, Vegetable, Fruit

    Workout (10:30AM-12:30PM)

    Meal 3 (1:00PM):
    2 Tuna Cans, 1 Egg, Potatoes

    Meal 4 (4:00PM):
    120gram (2 pieces) Chicken, 1 Egg, Rice

    Meal 5 (7:00PM):
    120gram (2 pieces) Meat, 1 Egg, Pasta

    Meal 6 (10:00PM):
    5 Eggs


    *Whey Protein in the morning when i wake up (1 scoop 25g) & after workout (2 scoops 50g)
    *Casein Protein before sleeping (2 scoops 50g) & in the morning when i wake up (1 scoop 25g)
    *AMINO post-workout
    *BCAA pre-workout
    *Glutamine before sleeping
    *Centrum, Omega-3, Joint Support with Meal 1 in the morning
    *Skimmed Milk between meals but in a random way
    *6-9 litres of water/day
    *Sleeping 10:30PM-7:30AM

      why are you working out 2 hours? Is 1 hour cardio and 1 hour lifting?

        no its not 1 hour cardio and 1 hour lifting, and it is not 2 hours exactly for the workout it is about 1 hour lifting and 10-20-30 min cardio and the rest is the time spent going to and back from the gym...
        but btw for ur info, lifting for more than an hour is not wrong...as said "LEE PRIEST"

          lifting for more than hour is a waste because you're going into catabolic mode.

          Lee Priest is also on a lot of steroids and GH so he can compromise for it.

            nah, he said that regarding the use of steroids or not...

              This is the first tine reading evidence that shows over training doesn't exist.

              It also depends on the style of training. I have been following Dorian Yates H.I.T and let me tell you, in 50min your body muscle group is done.

                Why do you only eat like that "WHILE ON STEROIDS"? lol.

                Not much of a fan of the 5 eggs in meal 1 and 6. Thats only 30 grams of protein in each meal.

                        cuz when off steroids i eat almost every thing (fats, sugars, etc...) cuz my body type has high metabolism so i dont need to be restricted to my diet when off steroids, so i eat everything i love cheese, pizza, etc... :) and i never get fat

                            aromatizable steroids does increase fat storage since estrogen is elevated

                            but it is not fat storage that i am concerned about, it is the water storage and retention, i will be a bag of water

                              Estrogen may be elevated but so is testosterone. The ratio is more important then the level.

                              Bottom line, eating like shit when off steroids and eating clean while on is not the best way to go about things.
