I just bought some glutamine to help supplement into my diet. I know that I need to take around 5 grams before and after my workout, correct? Also, should I take it on days when I'm not training.

Ya, from what I've read the amounts are really low in most protein powders. I went and looked at an old bottle of ON Pro Complex I had and it apparently has 10 grams of glutamine and precursors. So, I guess if you were taking two servings a day of that you would be ok.Originally posted by dna9488 View Postread the package and i couldn't find it either.
