Guys im trying to cut down but am not seeing results as quick as I have been in the past.
This is my diet at the moment:
Meal 1:
2 egg whites and 6 egg whites.
Meal 2:
Protein Shake with 1tbs of natural peanut butter.
Meal 3:
200g chicken breast
Meal 4:
2 tins of chilli tuna.
Meal 5:
Lean mince patties with chilli sauce.
Meal 6:
Protein Shake with 1tbs of natural peanut butter.
What do you guys think?
Ive seen results with this diet in the past normally spend 2 weeks on it and loose about 5kgs.
