  • Cutting diet advice?

Guys im trying to cut down but am not seeing results as quick as I have been in the past.

This is my diet at the moment:

    Meal 1:
2 egg whites and 6 egg whites.

    Meal 2:
Protein Shake with 1tbs of natural peanut butter.

    Meal 3:
    200g chicken breast

    Meal 4:
    2 tins of chilli tuna.

    Meal 5:
Lean mince patties with chilli sauce.

    Meal 6:
Protein Shake with 1tbs of natural peanut butter.

    What do you guys think?

Ive seen results with this diet in the past normally spend 2 weeks on it and loose about 5kgs.

    What are your stats?

Looking quickly, I think if you are over 130lbs, not enough calories. I'm counting maybe 20 grams of fat (and that is you heaping Tablespoons of PB, you have teaspoon above) and maybe 200 grams of protein for a total of 1000 calories

That's is equivalent about 210 pounds. With that few calories, you body is going into primal starvation mode. You'll burn through muscle as well as fat with that diet. Add in about 50-60 grams of oatmeal with your first meal (amount is approximate as I am too lazy right now to look up the conversion to 3/4 cup but it is about there) and then about 56 grams (2 ounces of rice with meal 3)

As for advice past that, I will defer to those on this board who are a little more versed in cutting

No carbs at all will flatten me out and kill my energy/mind. The carbs I have you adding should equal to less than 100grams total. More calories may even been needed to lose fat while maintaining muscle. Your BMR is probably close to 2000 calories depending on your age. Check the internet for a BMR calculator
