    Id like to see what everyone does and why, pls don't say because you like it

    I'll go first;

    Got a 40% loyalty discout on my most recent package from a local store so I bought;

    ON gold standard whey big bags
    ON platinum hydro whey
    ON egg white protien

    I plan to use the gold standard whey for breakfast, the hydro whey for PWO and the egg for night time.

    The reason for the hydro whey PWO is because its the fastest isolate there is and I put it with malto and creatine and take 2g vit C. It will also clear the system faster allowing another meal say 2 hrs after

    Breakfast ON gs whey which is mainly isolate with some concentrate and I figure it goes in reasonably quick.

    Egg white protien at night as its a bit longer lasting and I don't want to use the same protien source again.

          i use protein postworkout and that's EAS 100% Whey Protein. For breakfast i just cook eggs.

            I have ON Pro Complex in my breakfast shake and ON 100% Whey PWO... Eggs or cottage cheese at night

              I just use 100% whey protien in the morning with a banana, then cook some eggs. PWO is whey and 2 servings grape juice. Cottage cheese @night as well. Works for me

                i have complex carb w toast/ fruit for breakfast
                then workout then amino acids and carbo. then i dont touch carbo. supplement for the rest of the day

                  Whey protein with a carb source like grape juice is much better then milk.

                      I eat two eggs in the morning with bread then then eat a fresh fruit juice regularly.It give me much energy and i think best protein meal in the morning.

                          I used to eat yogurt and a banana, but I wound up getting hungry at about 11a, so I've switched to 2 egg whites on one peice of whole wheat breat and it holds me till lunch...

                            Breakfast - 2 whole eggs fried plus small steak and potatoe. oats and eggs got boring.


                            pwo - raw whey, dex, creatine(cycled), L-glutamine and taurine. im not a fan of sweet stuff so i go for inflavoured stuff.

                              ON whey first thing(Hit the gym 45min later),PostWO ON whey with grape juice,ON casein at night.I'm thinking about jumping to isopure post workout with grape juice.
