    If you use a glucose drink or such during your workout do you still need malto etc with your protien after?

    During workout is a bunch of bs, workout instead of sitting around having a shake and then have shake post workout.

            dont drink fucken gatorade during your workout. drink water and then have a proper shake.

            drinking sugar during the workout defeats the purpose.

              yes and no ... if taking in pre workout slin then gatorade is perfect throughout ..
