it has its place a few days out from a show but thats more using it as a tool instead of a diet.

Paleo diet is really good. Been doing it for about 2 months pretty strictly- with cheat days on the weekends. I have leaned out while gaining strenght and a little muscle compared to my usual diet.

I think a big thing is the no dairy (although i eat whey proteing). I had never realized how often I was eating cheese which was really adding to my fat intake.

          worst diet ever. sorry.

that diet is not for anyone into lifting and exercising hard.

that is a useful diet for debbie average american who sits around all day and is 100lbs over weight. for them a bacon burger dipped in grease no bun with a diet coke is a fine diet and they will loose weight.
I disagree bud. Ive been eating like this for 2 years straight and it has changed my body comp drastically. I went 6 months without dropping a lb but my bf went down a lot. Strength never hit a plateau, always improving. I fluctuate the amount of carb days depending what my goals are. What I don't do is eat shit tho. my fats on no carb days are all good fat. olive oil or almonds. all lean protein. on carb days all my carbs come from whole wheat pasta, fruit, granola or oats and red skin potatoes. I'll have a couple cheat meals on carb days. My blood work has always come back very good. i have a picture of me before I started eating like this and recent ones as close as yesterday. certainly added a lot of muscle.

my problem w/keto after adjustment faze is the constant hunger. they claim with the amt of fat u eat you will be full longer (bulls**t).You lose wt quickly (water) so you appear more cut,but once you go off diet you can gain approx 7-10 lbs in 5-7days from water :noo:

on no carb days I am never hungry. carb days its constant eating. can't get enough, especially with ghrp in the mix. as far as gaining weight when you stop, well its just like any diet. if you go from one extreme to the other your gonna gain back very quickly. if you go off the diet and remain eating healthy with good carbs the weight you put back on is good weight. all goes into your muscles. so its not like you feel bloated or anything. you actually look nice and full and tight. when cutting carbs you flatten out.
