    Lets here it, you guys been eating clean or did you put on a little to much fat over the winter?

    Always clean. I eat strict 6 days a week, reset my metabolism with 1 high calorie/carb day. Have been doing this for a while now.

      what is a cheat meal for you scrum? you ever eat at a place like cheese cake factory etc..?

        I do more of a whole day where I eat above maintenance with high carbs. Still try to keep fats under control, but no limits on carbs. This is in contrast with other days where I generally keep carbs under control. I usually do this on Sunday.

        I love baking, so I wake up early and bake a loaf of bread or muffins or something - most often some kind of banana nut bread or something like that. Then have lunch outside somewhere - I've never been to Cheesecake Factory but we try different cuisines or just go to a lunch buffet type place. Usually have low fat ice cream or make some fruit salad with ice cream in the late afternoon. Basically I don't really keep track of what I eat on this day. I taper things off at dinner and get ready to a more normal diet on Monday.

              fuck yeah, im in best shape of my life ripped with 8 pack. I've made the mistake bulking too hard. monstly b/c of the help from you guys on this site. took my shirt of the other day chic was like dam!

                    I started this a while ago, down to 214lbs. Now that its hotter outside, all this walking from class to class and the warm temperatures will make me sweat more throughout the day.
