I do more of a whole day where I eat above maintenance with high carbs. Still try to keep fats under control, but no limits on carbs. This is in contrast with other days where I generally keep carbs under control. I usually do this on Sunday.
I love baking, so I wake up early and bake a loaf of bread or muffins or something - most often some kind of banana nut bread or something like that. Then have lunch outside somewhere - I've never been to Cheesecake Factory but we try different cuisines or just go to a lunch buffet type place. Usually have low fat ice cream or make some fruit salad with ice cream in the late afternoon. Basically I don't really keep track of what I eat on this day. I taper things off at dinner and get ready to a more normal diet on Monday.
