Be careful with the fats though - I am pretty sure Lyle said that you need to keep your fats low (under 50g or so if I remember right) during the refeed. You can go to town on the carbs though...

Sorry but I disagree with you. Lyle knows more about the metabolic processes of the human body that most people on the planet. What are you talking about?
