    overshot with fat today - 150g - ate everything in sight - didnt realise fat was so high in so many foods. will have to finish the day out with grape juice and pasta.

            that diet is complete shit. lyle is a scam artist with his bs books. its perfect if you want to lose all your muscle and eat carbs all day. yeah you'll be lean but with no muscle.

              Sorry but I disagree with you. Lyle knows more about the metabolic processes of the human body that most people on the planet. What are you talking about? His program does not advocate eating "carbs all day." :dunno:
