    I agree with that...no need to waste the opertunity. Didn't think about the fat content in the PB.. I looked at the jar and wow...was surprized.

      Most of the fat in PB is unsaturated fat I'd you get natural PB. There are plenty of studies on benefits of nuts. As long as you count the fats in you PB against your daily fat macros, you can do a lot worse as far as fats go.

            for bodybuilding its a pointless meal.

            it may be a "healthy snack" etc.. but in terms of growth and bodybuilding goals its kinda pointless.
