I can do the jerky and fruit. Ill pull a bunch of deer meat and some goose meat out of the freezer and make some up....too easy. Thanks!
Already doing the protien shake in am for breakfast...about 0630...need a small one for that mid morning time frame.prior to lunch meal. That should work for mid morning mid afternoon. Thanks
