  • CELERY AND PEANUTBUTTER?

    Thoughts on this....Was thinking this would be a good one for the small in between meals meal???..

    Na, its a none sense meal.

    To much fat and no real protein to count.

        chicken and rice.

        chicken and pasta.

        protein shake and fruit.

        beef jerky and fruit.

          I can do the jerky and fruit. Ill pull a bunch of deer meat and some goose meat out of the freezer and make some up....too easy. Thanks!
          Already doing the protien shake in am for breakfast...about 0630...need a small one for that mid morning time frame.prior to lunch meal. That should work for mid morning mid afternoon. Thanks

              Dude, got 2 freezers full of the stuff..Its what I do when Im off..in the woods hunting or on the salt fishing:thumup:

              Doing lunch now...venison, rice greenbeans...mummmmmm.

                        A spoon of PB is actually pretty filling and isn't going to kill you. If it Just don't eat the whole jar.

                          Not going to do to much for ya either. Why waste a meal that could be used to help you gain muscle etc.. On a celery and Pb stick.

                            I think he is just looking for between meals solution. But I agree with you that it is better to ditch the snacking and have a real meal instead.

                              Thats basicly what i was thinking a spoon full spread out on the stalk. Just seemed to be a filler instead of what I would normally do..

                              Need some options...been doing an apple and getting sick of the same stuff. Still bringing my "mushroom"weight down and making progress. Just dont wanna get off track.
