A lot of it is also due to the fact that your body is so conditioned to expect food in the morning. I can just go with a cup of black coffee now in the morning and be fine- for a few days it was a struggle but you get used to it.

Culturally, we have been indoctrinated to believe that breakfast is a must- have meal, and bro-science also would have us believe that you gave to have breakfast to prevent your muscles from wasting away, but there is no shred of truth to that.

oh fuck! I used to have a very strong sweet tooth, but that has died over the years. Don't care for them anymore. I guess my estro levels are dropping :D

yea but im not sure i buy into the fasting shit as anything more then bro science either. there is plenty of evidence to show multiple smaller meals are beneficial in many ways as well.

I am not so sure, bro. I have been reading quite a bit about this and I'm not sure there's any compelling physiological reason for multiple small meals. There's probably nothing wrong with eating multiple small meals but in terms of insulin genesis or catabolism, there isn't compelling evidence that it is necessary. The more I read, the more I am convinced that the only things that matter are pre and post-workout nutrition.

I'll dig up some references and post them up.

              HI dago,
You didn't mention your eating orders so if you took anything late night or before going to bed skip it.
Be specific specially in dinner or late eating. Avoid taking anything 30 minutes before going to bed, it might help.
