I would eats LOTS of vegetables and only use vitamin/mineral pills as supplementation. Plus, as Beast indicates, eating veggies will help with the problem you are bringing up - feeling hungry between meals. Have a bag of broccoli, celery, etc. and munch on it when you feel hungry. Chase it down with a glass of water and it will carry you until your next meal.
Funny because you yourself told someone a few weeks back that fruit is overrated.

The same logic applies to vegetables. And it certainly applies when talking about muscle building or fat burning.

If we are talking about general health I agree.

I was joking in the other thread where I said veggies were overrated - it was a response to a spammer who was pointing out the obvious, that veggies were important. I thought it was funny to diss vegetables, considering I am a vegetarian, but I guess the joke went over some peoples' heads... :)

As far as fruit is concerned, I'm all for it in moderation, because there's a lot of sugar in fruit and it may interfere with carb control. But otherwise, fruit is great as well.

There is real world results and there is what looks good on paper.

As you and I both know, vegetables has very little to do with your results.

Are they healthy, sure, do I want my kids eating them.. Sure, do I eat them here and there.. Sure. Do they have anything to do with how I look.. Not at all.

Again, for general health I agree fruit and veggies are great.

My beef is with beasts comment, "they are needed for that shredded look". It's just not the case.

It's like saying "tuna fish" is needed to build muscle. What you are really saying is that the protein in the tuna is what's needed.

                Learn the difference dipshits

YOU STUPID FUCK!!! WHICH PART OF MY POSTS SAID REPLACE ALL OF YOUR PROTEIN, CARBS AND FATS WITH VEGETABLES?
Reason behind adding veggies to your diets is so you won't get the junk food cravings. It adds fiber, anti oxidants and times vegetables act as diuretics so FUCK YOU! IF YOU DON'T WANNA EAT VEGETABLES EAT SHIT!

                        You missed the point completely.

You are saying that without vegetables you cannot get ripped. That is not correct and you know it.

you dont need that big ass bfast drop the banana or the oats and PB. i know you think you do but you dont. if you have lots of cheat meals and you know your going to do it anyway then drop the brown rice with the chicken for most of the meals. just center the complex carbs around right before you lift and after.
