i think it is because there is alot of calium in avocados, its helps to pull out water from under the skin and into the muscle...Originally posted by GrowthMan View PostPerhaps you guys were already aware of using avocado but damn this is one of the best kept secrets I've discovered.
This is a very powerful fruit/vegetable/whatever it is...seems like different good fats from peanuts/meats/nuts (maybe, idk)?
Avocado's were my savior this year pre contest. As I began to flatten out from cutting carbs I began eating 3-4 avocado's/day (1/2-3/4 avocado with every meal) and my muscles filled back up, AND THE FAT KEPT FALLING OFF AT THE SAME PACE OR FASTER.
There is about 10g of fiber in each avocado as well as being loaded with vitamins.

its not insane but it certainly adds up.Originally posted by redback View PostI spend about that. Is that a lot?
considering i spend about $250 at costco every 3 weeks, that comes out to about $12 per day on food. so my food bill is roughly half of what yours is and am positive i eat more then you in a day.

My problem is im on the rd alot so i tend to eat subway and other crap. I have tins of tuna everywhere and load up on them every couple days at the supermarket. I'm not sure how many cals im doing but im doing about 300grams of protein and trying for 500 carbs (always fall short on carbs tho)Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postits not insane but it certainly adds up.

Man have you noticed a little decline in the quality of Costco's meats this past 6-12 months on the East Coast?Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostGotta buy in bulk bro, supermarket if gonna make you go broke. No Costco?
Like you I was a loyal Costco guy (we still have a membership). Not only could I buy shit in bulk, but the meat was always top notch, good quality. Flank $5-6/lb., Filet $16/lb., fresh tilapia $5/lb.
Then over the last year it seemed like the steaks had more fat to trim, the fresh tilapia wasn't tasting as good as years prior. The main issue I had was the crowds--no matter what time of day--weekday or weekend.
The final straw for me was feeling like I was a fuckin ant in an ant farm. It got so bad, that about 6-8 weeks back when I got there I literally sat in my car to try and get my anxiety down from the thought of squeezing that squeeky ass cart in and out of fat fucks eating all the fucking samples up which most did smell absolutely delicious--more torture. Top it off with a 20-30min wait so after that I just said fuck it until I'm a normal man again I can't come back.
