    So its no secret that in my off season last year Ed N-nn helped me size up. Post workout he suggested (what Hany had him doin):

    1T glut, 1T bcaa
    75g wpi
    Followed by
    Half can...........PINEAPPLE....hr was really big on the pineapple?

    Eat steak/potato hour after.

    -Precontest was just steak/potato post workout.

    Yea what is it with pineapple that seems to show up in all the gurus plans? What's the science on it.

      i know it has digestive enzimes but if you look at when it is incorporated into the diet (with post workout shake) instead of eating it with the meals or steak etc.. it dont really make sense.
