So five whole eggs plus a tablespoon peanut butter for a good fat protien, no carbs meal would be about right?

would be around 40-42 grams of protein and around 35 grams of fat.

far to much fat for 1 meal.

its a bit if shit meal to be honest. 5 eggs isnt going to fill you up very much and its a lot of fat.

2 chicken breasts and a cup and half rice far better meal. 50 grams protein, 60 grams carbs, 5 grams fat.

I topped up with a few amino acids, I take your point though, maybe too much good fat to ready every day. Makes me fart too

Hate the smell of eggs cooking and hate the taste as well. Eating them every morning for 4 yrs in the Army ruined any possible enjoyment. It only takes 2 egg yolks to exceed your daily cholesterol intake.

Costco buddy 5 dozen crate for $7. A weeks worth.

                        Bouncer is right 6-7 grams/egg.

Have been putting down 7-12 egg white/whole eggs every morning for the last two years. Switched from whey/oats and have not looked back since. Although I still do not like eggs on their own, never have liked the taste, and the consistency is gross. I have to blend it with grits or oats to get it down.

Costco is only place i shop.

Still find eggs to inefficient, messy, and wasteful, tossing yokes etc.. And after all that taste ehh and aren't satisfying.

Give me chicken, steak, and protein powder all day over lame ass Fucken eggs.

Its crazy the shit we do to reach our goals. I fucking hate tuna fish but its cheap and at roughly 25 grams protien a can my second meal of the morning at 8:00 am is 2 scoops whey in fat free milk and 2 cans tuna fish. I actually scoop a mouth full of tuna in my mouth chew a little just enough to swallow and chase it down with a shot of my shake. Repeat until tuna is gone takes about 7-8 minutes. Around 112 grams of protien total

120 grams of protein in 1 meal? Your body ain't using all that protein in 1 shot bro. Be better off having 1 can of tuna and 1 scoop of protein an hour or 2 apart rather then all together.
