          For bodybuilders/athletes we are a different breed and our requirements are much different than the average person.

              One of those rare times I will go against scrum and say real world results is all the science I need to show multiple smaller meals are superior to 3 big ones.

                I skimmed this and disagree with the whole thing. I believe the reverse to be true. Eating smaller, more frequent meals has many benefits.
