well I can tell you if you cook them and put them in the fridge and mix with your morning shake idk what your diet consists of but if they are cooked and cold mixes right up in a shake goes down great w big glass fat free milk 2 scoops whey and 2 grams fish oil/banana good breakfast for bout an hour for me lol

I used to try this but all my oats ended up at the bottom of the glass anyway and I end up eating it with a spoon soggy oats lol cook them then when they set all night it just makes for a different texture for your shake..good luck :)Originally posted by FitnessBrat View PostNo, they aren't cooked at all.

lol, you're reading way too far into this. It's a recipe, that's all. I know there are lots of ways to eat oats goofball, just throwing out a different one.
