Actually, once you stop eating gluten, you become very sensitive to it.

Besides, who cares if I ate ALL of that! I'm not obese and I don't eat it every day! :fight:

Sorry, I've been away. I suspected this. You MUST stop eating all gluten. Not even cheating with it. It can take months to completely get out of your system. I'm in the same boat and there are plenty of things I can eat and yes they even have gluten free pancake mix. But, it looks like you are also allergic to casein protein and eggs? That really complicates things.

Where did you have your tests done?

Yes, cows milk and chicken eggs. I'm still confused by some things that contain certain milk proteins, though, because I don't know if that's the same?

I had the tests done with Entero Labs. Thanks for the push :)

FB, how about listing foods you know you can eat? Maybe that way we can think of different meal combos and ways to change up your food so that you can still enjoy it.

I would also suggest getting a grill and doing your chicken that way, it really makes chicken so much more enjoyable. Just grill up a bunch for a few days.

Thawed chicken on medium high grill, spray with cooking spray before placing chicken on. let cook about 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Once flipped brush on some bbq sauce then flip again after 7-8 minutes and brush other side with bbq sauce. Boring chicken turns into something you can look forward to eating.

Well, I don't really know what to add besides -

                              Meat/fish
                              Fruit
                              Vegetables
                              Rice

Apparently oatmeal is very iffy, but I'll see. Also going to look for a new protein powder. Maybe your favorite Nectar :)
