I think most or all protein isolates are gluten free.

They aren't milk and soy free, so I think they are all out.

So on top of the celiac disease you also have alergies to soy and milk products. Ok then, all whey is out. You are going to have to go with whole food options.

It makes it pretty easy then. I suggest a diet pretty much like i was eating all last year. Chicken and rice for most meals with some steak or fish thrown in every other day for variety.

Please listen to me when I tell ya a grill will make your meals so much better. Grill your chicken or steak or fish, cut it up and place it on top of some rice. Figure out all the seasonings you can have like onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sauces etc...

trust me, i lived on meat protein and white rice and fruits and veggies for a year and a half before i decided i need more cals to get bigger. I enjoyed every meal and looked forward to it. If you dont put the effort in and just eat bland boring shit it will be hell for you. i am not just talking here without ever experiencing it. i have done the exact diet you need to be on for a long period of time and made it work!

For a girl your size and just trying to figure it all out do 4 meals per day. If you find that you are still hungry at bedtime just increase the portion size the next day until you are satisfied.

Have a salad with some of the meals if you want (you dont have too) or some fruit for desert etc..

That's why her situation is complicated. She's not only avoiding Gluten, she's avoiding Dairy proteins and Egg proteins as well. And based on her tests, she seriously allergic to this stuff, not just a little bit. I can't even imagine how bad she must have felt on a day to day basis. Must have just been awful!

While I agree that is sucks I refuse to let her see this as some sad difficult time.

Her body is basically forcing her to now eat clean!! No choice. So if you ask me its very easy now. So now she must change her mindset and LOVE what she is eating, love training, love the lifestyle. Do that and its a walk in the park.

Yeah, if anything she should be excited about her future. My comment was more in reference to how horrible she must have felt on a day to day basis before discovering these allergies. Props to her for even making it through the day, working out, working, and raising a kid.
