I haven't checked my weight recently but I can tell I'm leaning out pretty nice. It's weird because in my mind I feel like I'm getting small. Hard to explain. I should finally have my rip kits this weekend so I'm excited to start that back up. I'm going to Florida in November and I want to look my best....:)

you dont look as big in a shirt and it starts fucking with your head. after awhile you start to make reasons and justify why you should come off the diet and "bulk" aka get fat again. just so you can look big in a shirt.
dont let your mind go to that place, i am telling you right now, its very easy to start thinking like that.

Bump this. Its been 6 months. The diet combined with the GH you have been running.. More then enough time to have made huge progress in cutting down. Have you stuck to it or did you fall back into the whole "need to look big in clothes and never mind what i look like without clothes" mindset?
Well, I took the last couple weeks off the diet. Nothing crazy but with the holidays and everything. I'm a lot leaner but still have some work to do. I'm refocused and motivated, chicken and rice was getting old I needed a little break.
But my cousin asked me to stand up in his wedding this August, he's like 24 years old so I'm like a old man standing up with all his buddies so I'm gonna make sure I look better than all those younger guys...lol
I'll post pictures but I wanted to wait until the difference was huge and shocked you guys... :)

Are you doing cardio at all while you took some time of the diet?
Try to be as consistent as you can with the diet. Going off a "couple weeks" can really erase a lot of the hard work bro. I understand a couple days over the holidays but weeks really is to much.
I haven't stepped in the gym in 2 weeks. :staypuff:

Been a week and half here. Planned on a couple days off for the holiday then baby got sick and then so did I. Damn upper respiratory infection. Hope to be back Monday as well.
