      Foster farms, frozen, costco? Prob the best bang for buck chicken.


      I use to disagree with bouncer that you need all whole food and shakes were worthless etc etc.

      Now I think some shakes are fine. Actually for me a shake is nice bc it is one or two meals that isn't heavy, digests quickly, and I haven't lost any size by using more shakes.

        not foster farms here growth, i think thats west coast. we have perdue here and on east coast.
