This trhead made me look to see exactly what I do have. I have a TON of flavorings and herbs,,lots of peanut butter and honey,,stocked on whey isolate powder. I eat fairly simple and clean.

Forgot about this. Besides the basic salt and pepper type stuff, I add onion powder to everything. Not while I am cooking, I mean right before im about to eat it. For me the onion powder flavor adds almost a savory type flavor to boring chicken and rice. Really kicks up the boring dishes.

I've had this for awhile, but wasn't ever exactly sure what to do with it. It's one of those things that you can literally use on EVERYTHING - hair, skin, popcorn, toast, coffee, etc.

I used it to cook my pancake the other day, and it worked really well. It heats better than any other oil, IMO. I also tried a tiny spread of it on a waffle, and it was really good.

Very good fat - going to start using it more often.

I love the coconut oil! I've been lazy lately and just eating a tablespoon when I need fat, but I really like adding it to rice with cilantro and lime for jazzing up my rice. Never tried having it in coffee...or hair or skin!
