So been told I need to add some more healthy fats in my diet like peanut butter any suggestion how to add more peanut butter threw out the day besides mixing it in my shakes !!!

I used to roast my own pumpkin seeds with some sea salt. Just be careful, it's very easy to eat more fat then you should in one sitting.

Well peanut butter isn't really healthy,Healthy fats means the fats which are good in for you in terms of nutrition.
You should eat Meat,fish,Eggs,fruits,Vegetables to get that kind of fats.If you are exercising on daily basis then they are very good for your health.
