I'm thinking purely of the grain itself when I say that. Rice vs oat/barley/wheat.
I hear ya. Its not much in terms of total volume. The packets are kinda small and 2 fills up just the bottom of the bowl cooked. thats what i like about it. normal oats expand so much and it just turn into so much shit you have to choke down.

I would just think it would feel more "heavy" or that you'd be more bloated, even though it's not a lot portion wise. But that's me thinking in the digestive world. It's cool to see how different foods make your body react in different ways.
I'm interested to see how you like it, either way.
Guys, please dont send pm's asking questions about things like diet. This is what the forum is for. Do not be afraid to ask questions, if nobody did the forum would die.
As for how I cook the chicken. I don't always do this but it is one of my favorite ways.
2 chicken breast in a pan.
1 cut up onion, salt and pepper.
cover the pan with top and turn on medium.
let the onion sweat and almost start to burn to the pan. as soon as this happens add just a touch of water to get all that burnt carmalized onion flavor back into the chicken.
few more dashes of salt and pepper and some hot sauce and it taste like a cheat meal. i dont count the calories from the onion.
it may look like i seared the chicken in some oil or something but this is 100% just chicken and onion with nothing else other then bringing it close to a burning point.
In terms of how I deal with cravings. I don't get them for the most part because I am eating a decent amount of cals and I have a few cheat meals on Sat.
But if I had to think of something that makes the day a little bit more enjoyable and feel more normal I would say this is your friend!!
very little ab work. i will bs on the floor at home watching tv or something. i do a combo crunch leg raise thing, not sure what you would call it. lol. but yea its mostly cardio and diet. i would never do any sort of weighted ab work. goal for me is to keep waist as small as possable, keep the "bulky" look in the midesection to a minimum.
Basically what you see in the pic is the only thing that goes in my mouth for the next month. My body does best with high carb/ high protein/ low fat so thats what its going to be.
Switching my main carb source from rice to oats because this particular brand of oats is really easy to eat and taste better then plain old oatmeal. Need a bit of a break from rice anyway.
Just to give you an idea of whats in the oats. I will consume 2 packets with each meal..
Not changing much on the protein side. 2 Chicken breasts per meal. Protein powder in between whole food meals.
