    Just an update.

Still eating the same way, haven't changed anything really. Being able to mix and match the different flavors of oats keeps it from getting old quick. I mixed the blueberry with the oatmeal raisin cookie yesterday.. good shit!

Been cutting up half an onion and cooking it with each of my chicken meals to give it a little more moisture and flavor.

Not really missing rice at this point.

      Love that simple chicken.

Add a bit of Kikkoman low sodium stir fry sauce for s change. It's delicious. Of course you can throw in broccoli or peppers as well. Either way, one of my favorite sauces.

I was going to pick up a few different spices at costco the other day was worried that if i didnt like them it would be a waste for such big bottles.

I have talked about my "special sauce" lol that i make with my chicken. you gotta try it. couple tbsp ketchup, couple tbsp hot sauce, and either dried onion flakes or cutup onion in real small piece. sounds weird but im telling you its fucken good. i guess it becomes more of a relish type texture then a sauce.

Would I be able to use it as a sauce instead of cooking with it? If not I will wait for warmer weather when I start grilling again.

Ran out of chicken in the middle of a snow storm. Had to settle for fucken seafood. If I never had seafood again it would be to soon. I can deal with lobster, crab, salmon but I just dont love it like everyone else seems to.

Had to force this shit down my throat, almost lost it a few times. lol

Are you like that with all shellfish? I wonder if you coated them with crushed spices and tortilla chips then fried them? Or something along those lines?
