I just made myself 13 eggs, 7 whites, 6 wholes....An entire avocado and a full roma tomato...Only seasoning I used for all of it was sea salt and whole cracked pepper. I was hungry and didn't know what to make and that was simple and all protein, little to no fat(except the avocado, but good fats). I'm not full but content.
