  • What's your opinion on late night eating and what do you eat?

    I just made myself 13 eggs, 7 whites, 6 wholes....An entire avocado and a full roma tomato...Only seasoning I used for all of it was sea salt and whole cracked pepper. I was hungry and didn't know what to make and that was simple and all protein, little to no fat(except the avocado, but good fats). I'm not full but content.

    Bad? Good?

    I've been pretty good about my eating the past months.

    Doesn't matter.

    That being said, the only problem with late night eating is that often, people don't count those calories very well and end up overeating. But as long you accurately and honestly account for those calories, it does not matter.

        The point to this thread was to see what most of you eat at night when hungry. We all like to eat different things and I just wanted to get some new ideas. I eat tons of eggs ED. I would say probably in the upwards of 25-30...Whether they're boiled or scrambled; I love eggs. But I also have a 60/40 ratio for the most part. 60% being the white and the 40% being the yolk.

            I eat the same shit at the same times each day. None of this randomly eating at a random time when i get hungry. :disagree:

            Meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana in blender.

            Meal 2: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

            Pre Workout Drink

            Meal 3: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana

            Meal 4: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps, muilt-vit

            Meal 5: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

            Total Protein = 300 Grams - 1200 cals
            Total Carbs = 360 Grams - 1440 cals
            Total Fat = 55 Grams - 495 cals

            Total Cals = 3,095

              Thats a bit to much fat in a single meal for my liking. Avacado has around 22 grams of fat and 6 whole eggs have around 30 grams of fat. 52 grams of fat in a single meal is to much IMO. you are eating almost as much fat as i have in a whole day in a single meal and as your last meal at that.

              Definitely nothing like my diet that you said you were going to try. :)

                    why would i lie? lol. no i have trouble putting on size. i do eat all the time and i make the food and leave it on a plate for the microwave. i push food intake to the point where i want to put on bf. i also do MMA so im very active. i cant eat clean unless I want to be super ripped. i hit fast food once a day and i eat donuts cookies and junk along with food all day and night.

                      on gear of coarse, off cycle its much diff. i have to eat much cleaner off

                      i also have to do extremely high carb on cycle

                        What is your definition of "3-5 full meals all night". How many "full meals" are you eating during the day? When do you sleep?

                        I eat 5 full meals in a 24 hour period, I know what goes into that with food prep, timing, etc..

                        I dont believe for a fucken second that you are eating 5 full meals though the night on top of your normal daily meals. Not a chance.

                          usually its 3. i wake up hungry sometimes its just 1 or 2. food is usually whatever i had for dinner. i eat at least 5 meals between 5pm till the next day. beef stew with rice and veggies, or hamburger or 9oz piece of fish with a potatoe roll hot sause usually shit that i can eat eesiler and go back to sleep. portions are probably smaller than what you would consider full. my pt was it was just a snack i would eat protien and carbs.

                            So you eat about 10 meals a day in total, donuts and fast food included and you are also shredded and built like the rock. :lmao:
