Thats a bit to much fat in a single meal for my liking. Avacado has around 22 grams of fat and 6 whole eggs have around 30 grams of fat. 52 grams of fat in a single meal is to much IMO. you are eating almost as much fat as i have in a whole day in a single meal and as your last meal at that.

True...But understand that my activity level is much higher than yours and just like you function better with high carbs, I don't. I need my fats and avocados are good fats. I don't think my meal was horrible. Also keep in mind, I have nice look; you've seen the pics. I'm not a bb'r nor do I desire to be one. I like the thick, stocky, bull look.

In all honesty bro I love your diet...I've told you this for years...What I don't like about it; you have no variety and it's redundant.
Going to post in the diet section and give me your input. Can I follow your diet to a "T"? No I can not...I would literally have to cook half of my day, zip it up and carry it with me. If you had my career, it's kind of hard to do but I do quite well eating outside and I will explain.
I'll give you mad props; you're on it like a boss. But not everyone that has so much time like you do can do that; let's be realistic B.

I eat the same things all day long. I basically stole bouncers menu and modified for my own needs and convenience. It works.
Back to the thread title, the only thing I snack on if I get up is a large glass of skim and rarely pb on wheat with it. Also like the others said, if it's not outside your caloric requirements, then who cares?
