My Diet while on a cycle or not

  • My Diet while on a cycle or not

    I would appreciate feedback from all you assholes:D

    I wake up every morning at 5am. I take a pack of Beverly nutrition vitamins. Make 10(sometimes 14 eggs)6 whites, 4 wholes. 1 Roma tomato, one slice of cheddar or ppr jack cheese into my egg mix and one blueberry bagel toasted, no butter. I also make my eggs with a dash of olive oil spray. I drink 32oz of water with this meal.

    This is around 10am once I'm In the car on my way to my office which is an hour drive. I bring a cut up mango/avocado/black berries/or 2 bananas and my sugar free regular size monster drink; that's my only caffeine or carbonated drink for the entire day. I also drink 16oz of water. By the time I get into work, I piss for about five minutes straight lol.

    My lunch varies from times; 12-2pm. Depending on my schedule. If I go to Chipotle, I ONLY get brown rice and double chicken, that's it. And I've seen the nutrients, not that bad other than the sodium and it cost me $3.95. If not, I go to First Watch and get their Turkey patty, basmati rice, a muffin and their mixed fruit.

    Then I'm off around 2pm or so. Now I go to Giant Eagle and load up on fruit like apples, pears, papaya and then go roll. Fruit is essential for rolling.

    After my 2.5hrs of rolling, drilling and lifting I go home and it's about 5ish or so. I start to make dinner.

    Quinoa or Yams with Tuna, Chicken, Tilapia, Halibut sometimes I add some red meat, but I've stayed away from it because it makes me feel bloated. With my dinner I also add some sort of a shake made with kale, pineapple, spinach along those lines. If you don't roll, you have no clue what I mean with that shake.

    Fruit for us is like AS for us to get big. Fruit keeps us from cramping and gives us even more energy.

    Basically that's my daily diet here and there. Yes we do eat out 3 times a week and even when we do. I keep it nice and simple. Roasted chicken, NY Strip, Salmon, Sushi, Sword Fish etc....and my sides are usually dirty rice or veggies...I only drink my beer on the weekends now but I do have my one glass of Cabernet every night before bed.

    So...Tell me bouncer? I have no idea in cals fats....but it's certainly not bad for someone who has a family, a business, travels and finds time to roll, train and compete...Which BTW Chicago is coming up:D I can't carry my food nor will I. I'm not looking for the bb'r look. I have a good look, feel great, but just wanna tighten up this time around mostly for my game. I'm walking now at 210 since taking T3....MY BF% I would assume is between 12-14%, you saw the pics...That's not bad...My goal would is to be at 10% and walk around 215-217lbs.

    BTW....I don't do cardio...We do enough rolling on the mat that cardio is not needed but recommended. I mean we roll for 20mns a time and sometimes we do 10 round of that shit.

    And let me add to this...I can maintain well and also add gains with this kind of diet, weird I know. I don't require a lot of certain nutrients like protein vs carbs vs cals....I've consumed 1500 cals a day and maintained my 200lbs frame. What I think fucks me, is the timing of the consumption of my foods and not using them right away. The only ones I use right away are my fruits because I eat that shit before I roll and it works wonders.

      Let's see.. you have breakfast and get going at 10... 1 hour drive so you get to work at 11, then you have lunch from 12-2 and start rolling at 2?

      So you're telling me that you work for 1 hour a day?

        Or two yes. I own my business I do what i want. I make sure all finances are done first then other shit. The days i chill...meaning no rolling or training i work about 5 to 6hr days.


        Why you off topic? You of all ppl that gives good advice on diets ask this question. :retard::retard:

                Jesus H Christ. Can you not just post your diet without a fucken story along with every meal?

                If you want my help and input you will lay your diet out like everyone else so I dont have to read through an hour of rado bullshit.

                I dont give a flying fuck how much your chipotle meal cost. How about relevant information like your portion sizes for fuck sake. I cant help you if you have no clue how many carbs, protein, fats you are taking in daily.

                If you "work an hour or 2 a day and do what you want" then you have no fucking excuse to be as lazy as you are with your diet.

                  I can't really tell how many calories you are eating. You are certainly consuming a lot of fruit, which means you are getting a lot of sugar. Between your eggs for breakfast and your lunch and dinner, I can't tell if you are getting enough proteins or not.

                  So, in order to objectively answer your question, we need a bit more information than you have given. But if what you are doing is working for you strength and size-wise, maybe it is good.

                        I know that's what he says in this thread, but every time you post your pics, he claims he doesn't want to be as lean as that and that he is very comfortable with his 32 waist or whatever. Pretty bipolar...

                        But if that's the goal, then this is not going to work. As FB says, there's too much sugar. Fruit is ok, but I'm not sure why you need so much of it. You do realize there's a ton of sugar in fruit, right?

                        Since you do all your rolling, how about a 40/40/20 C/P/F split for your calories?

                        And BS on you being able to maintain your bulk on 1500 calories. NO WAY. Your Basal Metabolic Rate, which is just the amount of energy your body needs to run your internal organs and processes if you were in bed in complete rest, is 2000 calories, assuming you are 5'8", 210 lbs and 35 years old. You are really active, which means that you need to multiply that number by anywhere from 1.3 to 1.5 to get your daily caloric intake.

                        No way you are going to maintain on 1500 calories. Which highlights the key problem. You have no idea how much you are eating. But don't feel bad, EVERYONE underestimates their calorie intake unless they put in the effort to keep track of stuff.

                            I sent you pics of my 33" pants because I have big legs bubble butt lol. And fruit ia goos for us; google it. I'm not trying to be lean like bouncer. Just wanna be a bit leanerike 10% nit around 12/14%....that's all. I will post cliff notes diet. Fruit has to stay in. It helps us not cramp.
