  • feeling full

I've been on my diet, aka bouncers diet for months now. I've taken my bf down to single digits and been very very pleased with my results.

My problem is this. When I eat now, my normally scheduled meal, I feel disgustingly full, I feel like shit, like I can't even breathe. Seriously it's making me nuts.

I'm wondering if anyone else had this happen to them and if you found a way to alleviate those feelings.

Few questions. Did this suddenly start happening out of the blue? Have you recently added or changed anything steroid wise? Start taking any kind of medication recently? Alcohol?

Just off the top of my head if you haven't changed anything. Maybe stress? I know you are going through some shit. I know if I am stressed it can really effect my appetite. Only other thing I can think of, especially if you are following my oats diet. Lot of people have stomach/digestion issues with all the fiber and grains.

When I'm cutting I'm always hungry. I remember cutting for a contest I hated to watch tv because of all the food commercials. lol

Sounds strange that you feel full and your dropping bf.

I have a drink or two maybe 3-4 times a week, that's been the same for a while.

Everything has been fine until recently. I feel like I can't eat anything without this crazy distended feeling in my gut. Steroid wise, I've added drol on workout days, which is almost over. I wouldn't think that would make me feel that way but since it's the only thing I've changed really, it's a good culprit I guess.

The stress is manageable. Mostly lol. Thanks for the direction, if ceasing the drol doesn't help, I'll look into it again.

Yea auri a betting man would say its the adrol. I know you are consistent with your meals and portion sizes so if it suddenly just started happening and adrol is the only thing added recently well..

Yes its happened to me after strict dieting. You have to slowly start adding food back into your diet.

I'm off the drol for a minute now. I'm 218 and my abs/obliques are vascular. Cramps are gone, joint tenderness is almost gone, and the full feeling is a little better. Thank you for the replies guys.
