Fuk I used to add full cream milk, ice cream and a shot of olive oil when I was bulking. Tuna and apple juice shakes were awesome too.

It was only 10 years ago. Can of tuna and apple juice and ice. The juice kills the tuna taste.

If I'm on the go, I'll mix my protein with water for easy mixing. If I take my time, I'll use coconut or almond milk (Tastes amazing) along with frozen berries, almonds, rolled oats and greek yogurt.

Well that's a good question!! My colleague was looking for the same a couple of days ago since he's trying to get some muscles and he's a bit chubby so he's really concerned about getting lean and looking good. Since he's a close friend he's been asking me for help. Today I just came across your community and I'm glad it's been helpful. I've checked a couple of other websites like http://howtogetbiggermusclesfast.com/ and some YouTube video tutorials to check if they could give us some body building tips and workout plans.......they were helpful too. He's actually a single parent and it's kinda difficult for him to join a gym. Well thanks guys.

                                Hi,
If you use a high-quality protein powder, as well as filling whole food sources, then you will not need milk in your protein shake. Most of the population is at least slightly lactose intolerant, and milk provides a huge insulin rush in the body, meaning it helps you pack on extra fat if eaten at the wrong time.
