    I dunno...but I've heard that its best to get the regular cottage chesse and not the fat free....cause you need the fat before bed cause of the slow digestin...and the fat free usually has sugars added...Dunno , but it did make sense.

      i like cottage cheese w/chives and garlic but I can't find any of it low fat or FF :( .. ohwell I just mix my own up these days anyways

            Equal parts cottage cheese and frozen raspberries tossed in the blender with a packet or two of splenda makes a YUMMAY! raspberry sorbet/ice cream/dessert... try it!
