    Looks good. I would probably replace meal 6 with something more satisfying and filling then a scoop of whey. What is barramundi? Fish i'm assuming.

    As with anything, you have to evaluate after a certain period. Try this diet for a month and see where you are. If you have dropped to much weight up the chicken meals to 6-7 oz portions and up the rice and sweet potato portions by 1/4th cup. All about finding that sweet spot where you are burning fat and still fueling and feeding the muscle.
