      One cuppa good coffee in the am is generally a good thing, anti oxidant and gets you alert and heart pumping.
      Too much caffeine though and you got palpation, lacj of sleep, possible digestive irregularity and a shit load of cortisol release.

      Excess caffiene also dehydrates my liver

        Agree on everything but the digestive part. Coffee clears me out like no other.

          Exactly but I was once working continual long hours and drinking way too much cofee, not only did it give me squits but I experienced anal/sphnctal cramps. Worst pain to date

                      And your absolutely right,,,,too much coffee can be a bad thing.
                      This past week I started lowering my consumption myself.
