          1 day, it was touch and go for a while there, pretty tough going but I've held out hanging tough

              you know this but remember to experiment and change shit up if something isnt working. i like to give something 2 weeks to see how my body reacts and if i dont like the result I tweek ever so slightly. something like changing around a meal with another because i find that im craving carbs more later in the day vs early in the day. once you get lean enough the timing of the carbs means less especially if you are hitting cardio everyday and keeping the metabolisem flying.
