    Yeah, I have the Fred Meyer oats. Pretty good, although I didn't do a comparison of the nutrition info with Quaker.

      Yea I don't remember exact and it's not a whole lot. But can't beat cheaper and better.

        I've been adding apple jelly and cinnamon to oats sometimes and its really good. I haven't tried other flavors of jelly but I'm sure there are all sorts of different tastes waiting to be discovered. Can always use fruits. Can add protein. Chocolate or strawberry milk if you like that.
