I never had cannolis, Im not really a sweets guy. (More into burgers, pizza, wings etc as cheatmeal) is that ice cream in it? Does look good tho! Sounds like a great time

Been at the cape cod for a few days just relaxing. Those are fish tacos, cod

Weather was perfect, rented a boat, almost crashed it, had some amazing seafood from our own backwaters of New England.

One more night and back to Boston tomorrow. Will post more pics.

Somewhat tasty. I drank it too fast to get it over with n then got really nauseous lol I'll only drink a shake when I really need to. Believe it or not I don't go over 350-400g of carbs per day.
