All winter I've been eating more healthy fats in the form of avocado. Been having a half with each meal. Weather has been getting nicer so I want to get back into summer ripped mode. Decided yesterday to drop most fats and go back to my famous protein/carb diet.
First thing I noticed is that fats definitely keep you fuller for much longer. Without that avocado in each meal I was starving 2 hours after each meal. The second and main point of all this is that by about 7pm I was in full body sweat mode. I mean just dripping down my back. What the hell could this be? I have never heard anything about low fat intake causing an increase in body temperature.
