Just curious as to everyone's opinion regarding refeed meals or cheat meals. When deiting to get to low double digit or single digit BF numbers do you still do a refeed or cheat meal?? If so, once a week, once every other week?
It obvious that it boils down to Cals in vs Cals out but do cheats have a place in assisting with getting leaner or is this just a mental thing??
